We have worked hard to create a distanced and hygienic space in which our team members can learn and grow.
We operate in a space in Springfield Mall in Delaware County. We are minutes from I476 and I95.
Because we operate in a mall, our operating procedures are dependent on the current conditions and regulations in Pennsylvania. If the state requires the mall to close, our shop space will be inaccessible. All of our programs will continue virtually at that point.
The below standards and procedures relate to our in person shop.
- All team members including coaches and mentors are required to wear a face covering at all times unless a drinking or eating. Drinking or eating will occur with at *least* a six foot distance between people.
- Upon entry to our shop, everyone will have their temperature taken and their hands sanitized. Each day a symptom checklist must be completed. Parents will complete the checklist for their minor children. A waiver needs to be signed and completed prior to the start of each program.
- Team members and coaches will minimize cross contact of items to the point that is feasible. When cross contact does occur, items will be sanitized after use and hands washed.
- Work stations and spaces are spaced to ensure maximum distancing.
- Hand sanitizing and washing will be encouraged multiple times per day.
- The bathrooms and high touch areas will be cleaned and sanitized multiple times per day.
- The work spaces are thoroughly cleaned at the end of each meeting and prior to the next
- Visitors are limited to the vestibule area during meeting times and during pick up and drop off. There is no waiting inside our shop.
All of these policies are subject to change based on current conditions.
