The Tin Mints, The Fighting Gophers, and our FLL team members attend many events during the year to spread the message of FIRST and increase interest and awareness of our programs. We often attend community events, local school STEM nights, and Science Fairs. We usually run one of our robots to spark the interest of adults and children alike. Our kids are on hand to talk about the program one on one with the families who approach us and we love the opportunity when we have the space to demonstrate both our FLL and FRC programs.
We have programming available to libraries, scout troops, community groups, camp, day cares, and after care centers. Feel free to email us for more information!
We also operate a “brush bot” program, We send out kits and instructions with everything a group needs to be make their own brush-bot robots. The program increases our reach beyond our geographic boundaries so we can reach kids anywhere in the country.
