Sponsor Information

As a community non profit that works in partnership with The Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania we have limited resources and are seeking company and organization sponsorships. Our goal is to encourage young people, especially girls, to seek out STEM programs and opportunities.

 

Our sponsor packages all include:

  • Featured on our website and Facebook page and event
  • Acknowledgement in our event guide given to every attendee

We offer different levels of sponsorship to highlight your company’s dedication to increase STEM education among children and especially girls.

 

Gold Tier (1 available)  

 

You will be the primary sponsor for the event. The event will be named “Robotstock Sponsored by <Your Company Name> and FIRST Robotics Team 4575, The Tin Mints”  Your company name will be on all signage at the event, all flyers for the event, and in our guidebook. Your company name will be featured on the front of all event shirts. You will have a 20 X 20 space within the event in which to showcase your support. A representative from your company will be the opening speaker during our “Women in STEM” talk. You will be invited to all media interviews and in all press releases.

$10,000 donation

 

Silver Tier (2 available)

 

Your company name will be on all signage at the event, all flyers for the event, and in our guidebook. Your company name will be featured on the front of all event shirts. You will have a 20 X 20 space within the event in which to showcase your support. A representative from your company will be a guest speaker during our “Women in STEM” talk.

$5,000 donation

 

Bronze Tier

 

Your company name will be on all signage at the event, all flyers for the event, and in our guidebook. Your company name will be featured on the back of all event shirts. You will have a 10 X 20 space within the event in which to showcase your support. A representative from your company will be a guest speaker during our “Women in STEM” talk.

Nickel Tier

 

Your company will be featured on the back of our event shirts, featured in the guidebook, and on all social media. You will have a 10 X 10 space with which to showcase your support.

FIRST Team 4575, The Tin Mints, is an all girl robotics team based out of Delaware County, PA. The Tin Mints work in partnership with The Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. The team sponsors several robotics teams for kids in grades K through 8, operates a seven week summer camp, and goes out in the community to conduct outreach in over 40 events per year. The team also operates badge programs, free of charge, to the Girl Scout community in the tri state area. The Tin Mints consists of girls from various towns and of varying income levels. The Tin Mints is open to all girls in the area without regard to income, school district, or zip code. The team is under the Eastern PA Robotics Alliance, a 501c3, which operates community FIRST robotics programs for all children in the Delaware Valley. All donations are 100% tax deductible.
